Job Description1. Workforce Planning & Organizational DevelopmentAdvise Unit Leaders on human resources management and workforce development matters.Implement workforce management and organizational development programs (headcount planning, succession planning, and monitoring workforce readiness to meet business and operational needs).2. Performance Management & Talent DevelopmentFacilitate KPIs evaluation, productivity assessment, performance analysis, and recommend productivity improvement initiatives.Execute succession planning programs; monitor, propose, and evaluate the quality of potential successors; and develop employees’ career paths in accordance with regulations.Implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) and capability development for employees.Execute activities related to emulation, rewards, disciplinary actions, and benefits adjustments for employees under the assigned unit.Implement annual key HR programs.3. Employee RelationsReceive and handle issues related to labor contracts and employee relations.Receive, advise, and coordinate responses to employees’ inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and proper resolution.4. Change Management & Employee EngagementOrganize onboarding and orientation activities for employees.Conduct surveys, interviews, and discussions to assess employee satisfaction and engagement.Analyze and consolidate data to propose solutions for workforce stability, team engagement, motivation enhancement, turnover reduction, and overall employee experience improvement.5. ReportingPrepare monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports or ad-hoc reports as requested.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Economics, or related fields; solid understanding of labor law.At least 2 years of experience in HR management; candidates with HRBP experience in large-scale organizations are preferred.Strong communication skills; open-minded, enthusiastic, and proactive.Critical thinking, analytical ability, and forecasting capability.Dedicated, responsible, straightforward.BenefitsWe believe that in an environment where you are trusted, empowered, and supported by colleagues and technology, you will maximize your potential and become a better version of yourself every day.
