About the Role:We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and oversee all core HR functions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and payroll — with excellent English communication skills and a professional presence.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance records.Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.Support management with HR analytics and reporting.Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR functions.Fluent in English (must have a neutral or international accent – no Egyptian accent).Strong understanding of HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, policies, employee relations, and payroll.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Work Conditions:Full-time, on-site position.Location: Abdelhamed Badawy – Misr El-Gedida, Cairo.
