Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Human Resources Specialist oversees all aspects of the employee experience and provides end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers. This role acts as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and ensures timely responses to employees' queries. Additionally, this role works closely with other HRBPs and COEs to enhance the overall HR programs across Malaysia and/or SEA countries.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating work pass applications, renewals, and background checks, if applicable, for new hires.Partner with COEs and HRBPs to ensure HR programs are implemented and harmonizing HR practices where applicable.Manage employees' life-cycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other work life-cycle events to ensure positive employee experience.Assist in the administrative support for benefits programs, HR-related documentation, and other HR processes as required.Ensure adherence to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and stakeholders' expectations in the day-to-day HR operations.Maintain and update employee data in the HR Information system (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.Assist in supporting engagement initiatives and execution to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Manage training applications and grants, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations and local Labour law governance.Possibility to support HR operations matters for Southeast Asia (SEA) and Asia Pacific regions.Identify areas for process improvement within local HR function and actively participate in implementing relevant changes.Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors or the management team as necessary.RequirementsPre-Requisites :Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field.Preferably with 3+ years of general HR experience.Some knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and HRIS system.Added advantage with experience in using Workday and any other Cloud HR solutions.Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).High level of initiative and continuous improvement mindset.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Are you game?
