This role is the strategic bridge between the founders, the design team, and key clients - ensuring smooth communication, strong execution, and delivery excellence.You will be a driver of the company's design development: practical, systematic, detail-oriented, and capable of guiding projects from ambiguity to clarity.Based in Milan office, you’ll work on high-impact projects spanning consumer electronics, smart appliances, and lifestyle products, collaborating closely with cross-functional experts, engineers, and global manufacturers.What You’ll DoLead and manage design projects from research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery;Translate strategy into actionable design directions and ensure alignment across stakeholders;Create high-quality 3D models, CMF/engineering drawings, and compelling design presentations;Collaborate with engineering teams (HW/FW) to ensure feasibility, DFM, and smooth technical integration;Communicate clearly through sketches, CAD layouts, renders, and prototypes;Work directly with factories and suppliers to validate technical solutions and production requirements;Manage timelines, tasks, and team coordination to guarantee project quality and on-time delivery;Support and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Engineering;Proven experience (5–7+ years) delivering physical products from concept to production;Excellent 3D modeling skills (Rhino and/or Fusion 360 required);Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and rendering tools (KeyShot, V-Ray, Blender, C4D, etc.);Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and rapid prototyping;Strong communication skills; fluency in English required, Italian a strong plus;Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders;A proactive problem-solver with a systematic, execution-focused mindset;Curiosity toward adjacent disciplines (UX/UI, interaction, visual communication).Bonus skills:Graphic/visual communication design;Motion graphics, video editing, 2D/3D animation;Native Chinese language skills (plus for cross-studio collaboration).What We OfferA clearly structured career progression pathway;Sponsored courses, internal workshops, and continuous learning support;A vibrant studio culture with social events, international dinners, and cross-office exchanges;Flexible working hours.Ready to Join Us?Send us your CV and portfolio (max 20MB) to: info@noicreative.comDue to the high volume of applications, we may only contact shortlisted candidates.
