💻 Senior IT specialist working as IT head – manufacturing | Obour City Expected salary: 18:30 kFor our client, a leading manufacturer of clinical diagnostic reagents and medical solutions, is seeking an experienced IT specialist to work as IT head for the company, to oversee and enhance its technology infrastructure at Obour City. Work independently under minimal supervision, reporting directly to the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all IT operations and technical support activities across departments.Supervise, maintain, and upgrade network systems, servers, and hardware to ensure smooth and secure operations.Administer and support the company’s ERP system, ensuring data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement.Oversee IT security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues efficiently.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.Work independently under minimal supervision, reporting directly to the CEO.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT operations, technical support, or systems administration.Proven experience managing ERP systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.Must be able to commute to Obour City.📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CVs to:bleaders.eg@gmail.com (Please mention “IT head ” in the email subject.)
