Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior IT Technician. Job Description:Support and maintain computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes, but is not limited to, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance.Diagnose hardware or software faults and resolve issues either in person, remotely, or over the phone.Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and system updates in line with IT policies.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with organisational standards.Provide technical support, mentoring, and training to staff or junior IT members. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education:Diploma (Required) Experience:IT: 5 years (Required)Location: Rustenburg (North West)Apply now to join our team
