Paylink.SHA is looking for :Senior Infrastructure SpecialistRequired Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills - Essential·        Linux Administration: Strong  knowledge in Linux/RHEL system administration·        Bash Scripting: Strong shell scripting skills for automation and system management·        Networking: Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (IOS, ASA, FTD)Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec VPN, GRE tunnels·        Windows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange administration·        Virtualization: VMware vSphere/ESXi and Site Recovery Manager·        Security: PCI DSS compliance, firewall policy management, SSL/TLS certificates·        Monitoring: Experience with network and system monitoring tools (SNMP, Observium, or similar)DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1.      Install new / rebuild existing routers/firewalls/switches and configure hardware, peripherals, in accordance with standards and operational requirements.2.      Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.3.      Contribute to and maintain network devices standards.4.      Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for network and system administration tasks. 5.      Perform daily network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all network devices hardware, resources, and processes, reviewing logs, and verifying completion of jobs such as backups.6.      Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, maintaining up to date Firewall’s Access Control Policies in accordance with PCI DSS audit recommendations.7.      Perform daily backup operations, ensuring that all required configuration files are successfully backed up.8.      Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.9.       Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. 10.  Perform operating system upgrades on a regular basis. Configure / add new services and capabilities as per request.11.  Develop, maintain, and execute Linux bash scripts for automation of routine tasks, system monitoring, and infrastructure management12.  Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.13.  Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.14.  Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment, cabling, etc.15.  Design, implement, and evaluate current and future infrastructure initiatives for the highest level of efficiency and performance.16.  Responsible for administration of systems Antivirus, Active Directory, DNS, public DNS, and other systems related to Infrastructure Management.17.  Responsible for administration of VMware infrastructure.18.  Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.19.  Maintain operating systems and associated infrastructure software, ManageEngine and Omega Linux Repository databases.20.  Acts as backup of System Administrator, in absence.21.  Work closely with various IT groups including but not limited to system and database administrators, network and security teams, application team and assist in overall architectural design, implementation and troubleshooting.Interested candidates can send an email to: kristjana.qendro@paylink.al tedi.guri@paylink.al
