Job Description
The Senior Infrastructure Wet Utilities Technical Office Engineer is responsible for overseeing design reviews, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical support related to wet utilities (potable water, firefighting, stormwater drainage, irrigation, and sewage networks).This role ensures compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements while supporting site execution teams.ResponsibilitiesReview IFC drawings, project specifications, and contract documents related to wet utilities.Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts.Handle material submittals, RFIs, and technical correspondences with consultants and clients.Provide technical support and solutions to site teams during project execution.Conduct hydraulic calculations and ensure proper design implementation for wet utilities systems.Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) to resolve conflicts.Prepare method statements, compliance reports, and technical documentation as required.Monitor project progress from a technical perspective and support in resolving discrepancies or design changes.Ensure adherence to relevant international codes, standards, and authority requirements.Mentor and guide junior engineers in the technical office team.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.7–10 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on wet utilities.Proven expertise in potable water, sewage, stormwater, firefighting, and irrigation networks.Strong knowledge of design standards, authority regulations, and approval procedures.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; knowledge of hydraulic software is a plus.Strong technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.BenefitsAttractive package.Life & Social & Medical insurance.Transportation provided.
