The company is dedicated to providing high-quality equipment and services to both commercial and industrial clients.Role DescriptionLead on-site installation of aluminum systems (doors, windows, storefronts/facades) per drawings/specs.Plan and schedule activities, allocate manpower, and track progress and productivity.Perform openings check, alignment/leveling, fastening, sealant application, and glass installation with QA checklists/ITP.Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate closely with Factory, Client, and Internal Teams.Enforce HSE requirements and company SOPs on site.QualificationsMinimum 3 years in aluminum installation.Valid Kuwait driving license + car.Transferable residency.Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and reporting (Excel/Word).Familiarity with KPIs (e.g., m²/man/shift, OTD, rework rate).Send your CV to [m.elshayeb@arabicompany.net] .
