Amarel provide end-to-end professional services supporting the life cycle of technological products and projects, acting as our clients’ integral operational branch.We are seeking a Senior Digital Learning Developer to create innovative digital learning solutionsResponsibilities:Develop digital courses and self-paced learning materials using Articulate Storyline / RiseDesign eLearning products: modules, exercises, videos, games, and simulationsCollaborate with graphic designers, content experts, and internal stakeholdersAdapt content for different formats (hybrid learning, LMS, etc.)Work with clients, managers, and stakeholders, presenting solutions and building trustRequired Experience & Skills:3+ years in instructional design with emphasis on digital learningProven proficiency in Storyline, Rise, and IllustratorExperience following the full instructional design process: needs analysis → learning plan → diverse deliverablesStrong communication, collaboration, and task management skills
