This is a challenging, system-level role with direct impact on the success of the projectKey ResponsibilitiesLead integration and validation processes throughout development and up to customer deliveryPlan, define, and execute testing procedures in Israel and abroadCollaborate closely with engineering teams locally and internationally, managing multiple interfacesOversee subcontractors, work directly with customers, and perform troubleshootingEnsure lab readiness, maintain technical work environments, and manage multidisciplinary integration within the projectRequirementsExperienced Electronics Engineer or Practical EngineerStrong system-level perspective and ability to work in a multidisciplinary teamProven experience with RF or EW systemsHands-on experience in RF calibration and testing using standard measurement equipmentBackground in military and naval RF systems – significant advantageExperience in customer delivery processes abroad – advantageFamiliarity with integration or system engineering for RF-based systems – advantageExperience with signal processing systems – advantageHigh-level proficiency in EnglishOnly suitable applications will be considered
