With over 25 years of experience, we take pride in our professionalism, authenticity, and strong client relationships.We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Architect / Designer to lead and deliver a diverse range of projects from concept through to completion.About the RoleThis senior position is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented designer with strong technical capability and a refined design sensibility. You will work across both commercial and residential projects, taking ownership of design development, documentation, consultant coordination, and client presentations.ResponsibilitiesLead concept development, space planning, and design direction across multiple project typesProduce high-quality drawing packages, documentation, and specificationsOversee project delivery from design through to completionLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersManage timelines, project workflows, and design standards within the studioEnsure design outcomes are functional, inspiring, and aligned with client objectivesMentor junior designers and contribute to a positive studio cultureSkills & ExperienceMinimum 7+ years' experience in interior architecture / interior designStrong portfolio showcasing commercial and residential workAdvanced proficiency in Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) Strong understanding of BCA, compliance, materials, and construction detailingExcellent communication and client-facing skillsProven experience managing projects independentlyStrong design sensibility with an ability to balance aesthetics and practical outcomesHighly organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines with consistencyWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projectsSupportive, collaborative studio environmentFlexible working arrangements, including in-studio, hybrid, and contracting optionsProfessional growth and leadership opportunitiesHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV, portfolio, and a brief cover letter outlining your experience to tameka@tamekamoffat.com.au
