Senior Interior Designer

Job Description• Carrying out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential/commercial projects.• Ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met.• Research and source appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories for each project.• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or other design programs.• Provide expert input on design practicality, timelines, and milestones, leveraging your experience to ensure project success.• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the project team, delegating tasks and fostering.Must-have qualifications• Minimum 3 years of design experience• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related field• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or other design programs• 3-5 years of interior design experience• Must be located in commutable distance to Ulu Kelang, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPreferred expertise• Experience in residential/commercial projects• Experience providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers• Experience researching and sourcing appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories for projects• Experience ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met
