INTERIOR DESIGNER SENIORRatarious Management (www.ratariousmanagement.eu ), one of the leadingcompanies as consulting Firm, operating in Cyprus and 104 countries globally, isseeking for an INTERIOR DESIGNER SENIOR to join our client structure.INTERIOR DESIGNER-SENIOR (IDS 9876G729)- LIMASSOLYour main accountabilities:• Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements to bedesigned.• Collaborates with architects, engineers, end users and builders tofurther understand .• Analyzes movement and use patterns of the space.• Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminarydesigns to client.• Consults with client.• Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.• Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurateestimates to clients.• Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project andbudget specifications.• Oversees the installation of materials, and other design elements.• Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion withthe client; resolves any complaints or concerns.• Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques,and other developments in interior design.• Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.• Taste of style• Client service oriented• Ability to apply a sense of style• Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software.• Proficient in Microsoft Office.• English- Greek Remuneration - Benefits:  2.300€ NET - 2.800€ NET salary (based on previous experience) + extra bonus 13 th salaryIf you get excited with the idea of competing for success and recognition of yourtalent and you demonstrate the above competencies, then send your CV!hr@ratariousmanagement.euAll applications will be treated as confidential.Ratarious Management HR Team
