Not only does Travco lead the market in the travel and hospitality, but it also conquers vast diverse industries including aviation, real estate development, engineering and construction, security services, transportation, retail, and merchandise; creating an unrivaled international integrated platform that consistently delivers on its promise of delivering the highest value, world-class endless experience and beyond. Role DescriptionDevelop interior design concepts and layouts for hotel projects, including guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges.Prepare design presentations, mood boards, detailed drawings, and specifications.Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and external consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories in line with project budgets and brand standards.Oversee design implementation during construction and fit-out phases, ensuring quality and adherence to design intent.Stay updated on global hospitality design trends and integrate innovative solutions into projects.Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and local regulatory requirements.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.6–10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in hotel and hospitality design.Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.).Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting applicable to hospitality spaces.Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Experience working with international hospitality brands is an advantage.
