Based in Singapore and Bangkok, White Jacket is dedicated to crafting designs that elevate spaces with originality and individuality.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Designer based in Singapore or Bangkok. The Senior Designer should have a strong leadership skills and will lead and oversee projects, manage multidisciplinary design teams, and ensure that deliverables align with client expectations and WJ vision. Responsibilities include design, coordination (internally and externally) resource allocation, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality interior design. The role involves collaboration with clients, operators, and internal teams/ external consultants. QualificationsStrong skills in creative direction, concept development, as well as project management (from start to completion) Experience in hospitality and F&B design (Min 6 years), including customization of design elements and technical details Excellent communication, client management, most importantly a great team playerAbility to lead diverse design teams effectively, with strong organizational skillsExperience in FF&E will be a big plus
