Senior Internal Auditor -– Regulatory & Non-Retail Internal Audit Department

We are looking for a new colleague with a professional expertise to undertake audits in Non-Retail Banking, Risk, Operations, Finance etc. and our subsidiaries.What will you do?As an internal auditor you will identify the main risks of the audit fields, present the findings to the auditees, and propose solutions for process improvements.Lead end-to-end audits: planning, scoping, process walkthroughs, risk/control matrices, test design, sampling, fieldwork, and conclusionsInterview in very professional manner with the auditees to have a good understanding of the processes undertaken in a specific audit field.Ensure adherence to IIA Standards, internal methodology, and quality assurance/peer review requirementsMonitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and business initiatives, update risk assessments accordinglyPresent the findings to the auditees in the most effective, fair, and concise way.Draft concise audit reports with root cause, risk/impact, severity ratings, and practical recommendations.Conduct meetings with the auditees. Discuss and agree the factual accuracy of audit observations. Perform other duties (e.g., supporting the collaboration with supervisory authorities / external auditors / group audit during their inspections). Document workpapers to professional standards; ensure a clear audit trail and evidence sufficiencyTrack and validate remediation; perform post-remediation testing and report closure statusProvide advisory support on control design, process improvements, and major projects.What you bring to the table:Degree in Economics, Finance, Economic Informatics, or related fieldsAt least two or more years of audit experienceStrong knowledge of the audit standards and IPPF, bank policies and proceduresIntegrity, trust, and ethicVery good interpersonal skills and a good team member Fluent in English, both written and spoken Very good computer skills
