DUTIESThe position is going to have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of real estate transactions including:Mezzanine and debt structuringNew loan originationsFinancial analysis and modelingMarket researchCompetitive analysisDevelopment of investment committee presentationsAssistance in the execution of transactionsDrafting of memoranda for internal and external usePrepare feasibility studyPrepare teasers to send to investorsThe Details Can Be Described As Below InvestingPrepare feasibility studies for projects in portfolio and pre-FSes for projects in pipelinePresent and consult key findings to Board of ManagementPrepare teasers to send to investors from Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, etc. FinanceActively involved in deal structuring to raise fund for Holding Company or at project level; financing ranges from commercial contract, straight debt, mezzanine to straight equityTightly cooperate with the local bank during the evaluation processPrepare group cash flow and budget; conduct valuation of the whole group to raise equityMonitor operating assets’ performance (serviced apartment, retail).Iii.
