Senior Investment Analyst

Client: An asset management firm based in Singapore with a pan-Asian focus including the Philippines, India, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore. The firm invests across capital structure in an active manner (including board seats, reserved matters, etc). The firm is looking to build its team of investment analysts.Job Description:At least 10 years of prior investment banking and corporate finance experienceAdditional private equity experience a plus but not compulsoryIdeally, CFA or CPAStrong financial modeling – specific understanding of detailed cash flow projections, corporate analysis, capital structure, valuation, compare/contrast various transaction types (specifically for modeling purposes), debt analysis, M&A and private equity analysis, etcStrong presentation skills – ability to use powerpoint to express key highlights, analysis, etc.Detail oriented, well organized, good follow through on instructionsStrong research skills – given a business or industry, can independently research using AI, personal network, and other public resourcesStrong communication skills – can communicate in both English and Tagalog equallyIndependent, hard-working, ambitious, commercially minded and a passionate about corporate financeHigh integrity and ethical standardsEducation background in one of the following: math, accounting, science, engineering, finance, etc.Happy to work from homeJob responsibilities include:> Financial modeling> Power point presentations including investment memos, pitch decks, research reports> Industry and company research> Regular zoom calls with CIO and portfolio companies
