Senior Investment Manager

Our client is a leading regional real estate investment and development platform with a diversified portfolio across residential, hospitality, logistics, mixed-use and commercial assets. With substantial capital allocated to acquiring and repositioning underperforming assets, the business is now seeking a dynamic Senior Investment Manager to drive new opportunities and optimise the performance of new and existing assets.The Senior Investment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing value add and core + acquisitions, development and repositioning strategies across the GCC and Europe. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage the full investment lifecycle—from origination and underwriting through due diligence, structuring, execution and asset optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source value-add and opportunistic investment opportunities across target markets and sectors.Lead financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, feasibility studies and return optimisation.Manage full transaction process including due diligence, negotiations and execution.Work with asset management, development and external consultants to implement value-enhancement strategies.Prepare investment committee materials, business plans and market research.Support capital raising, investor relations and reporting activities.Monitor asset performance and exit strategy execution to maximise realised returns.Skills & Experience:5–8 years experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, advisory or development.Strong financial modelling, deal execution and analytical skills.Demonstrable track record in value-add or opportunistic transactions.Deep commercial understanding European real estate markets.Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.What’s on OfferCompetitive compensation package and performance-linked incentives.The opportunity to work in the UAE building a career in one of the fastest growing regionsExposure to high-profile transactions across multiple real estate sectors.Flat structure with real decision-making authority and personal accountability.Opportunity to shape investment strategy and generate meaningful impact.
