This role combines general IT administration with advanced responsibilities in Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, and Atlassian platform management. You will manage hardware lifecycle, provide Level 3 support, and ensure our IT infrastructure and collaboration tools operate securely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral IT Administration: Oversee hardware lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Manage inventory and asset tracking to maintain accurate records and compliance. Maintain and optimise network infrastructure, printers, and other on-premises IT systems. Implement and monitor patch management and endpoint security measures. Level 3 Support: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues across hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve critical issues promptly. Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Administration: Administer M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Configure and maintain security policies, compliance settings, and user access controls. Design and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows to support business processes. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. Atlassian Administration: Manage and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) including user provisioning, permissions, and workflows. Configure projects, boards, and automation rules to support agile teams. Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with organisational standards. Provide guidance and best practices for Atlassian usage across teams. RequirementsStrong experience in IT administration, including hardware lifecycle and asset management. Strong troubleshooting skills for Level 3 support across hardware and software. Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint Online. Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) administration. Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, security, and compliance features. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
