Senior IT Helpdesk & Operations

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or operations; experience in the capital market or financial services industry is a strong advantage;Strong understanding of network protocols, server administration (Windows/Linux), and IT operations best practices;Familiarity with helpdesk systems, remote support tools, and ITIL-based incident handling;Exposure to trading systems (e.g., OMS, EMS, or IDX-integrated applications) is a plus;Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks (OJK, ISO 27001) is beneficial;Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment.Job Descriptions:Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and trading-related systems to ensure high availability and performance;Provide first-level and second-level support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, connectivity, user access);Troubleshoot incidents and system issues, escalating when necessary, and ensure timely resolution within SLA;Support front-office trading terminals and systems integrated with BEI (IDX), KSEI, and other capital market platforms;Perform daily operational checks and support real-time systems including trading, reporting, and compliance platforms;Manage IT asset inventory, perform user onboarding, and maintain system access controls.Ensure secure and compliant backup, patching, and change management procedures;Coordinate with vendors, external support, and internal teams for issue resolution and system upgrades;Maintain proper logs, documentation, and audit trails in accordance with OJK regulations and internal policies.About UsMirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia as Permanent Innovator upholds a philosophy centered on long-term relationships, integrity, and client-focused innovation.
