Electrip is dedicated to the development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the present and shape the future, continuously expanding its service solutions and refining its customer-centered approach.About RoleWe are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist who will ensure the sustainable, secure, and high-performance management of our company’s information technology infrastructure in line with our digital transformation goals.This role not only guarantees the operational continuity of our corporate IT systems but also contributes strategically to system security, user satisfaction, and process efficiency.As a key member of the IT team, the Senior Infrastructure Specialist will take an active role in all areas of system, network, security, hardware, licensing, supplier, and audit management, while also developing automation solutions to increase the efficiency of IT investments and digitalization projects.Your main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, networks, firewalls, switches, access points, and other IT infrastructure components,Provide remote or on-site technical support to end users, prioritizing user satisfaction,Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventories, and manage license tracking and compliance processes,Act as an administrator for Apple, Google, AWS, and IHS systems,Manage antivirus, backup, access control, and data protection processes in compliance with information security policies,Provide application and system support for IT projects; prepare project documentation and user training materials,Support IT budget tracking, consultancy costs, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.Identify digitalization opportunities and develop automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Workiom) to improve operational efficiency,Prepare documentation and ensure technical accuracy for internal and external IT audits,Conduct regular technical reporting, system health checks, and capacity planning activities,Prepare technical specifications for IT procurements and contribute to technical evaluations during the bidding process,Manage service levels (SLA) and contractual obligations through effective communication with vendors and consulting partners,Operate in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental regulations, ensuring necessary reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields,Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user support, system administration, and vendor management,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, network protocols, and system administration,Familiar with information security principles (firewall, antivirus, VPN, backup systems, access control, etc.),Experience in license management, IT asset tracking, and documentation processes,Preferably certified in ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft technologies,Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player,Fluency in both Turkish and English.Why Should You Join ZES ?Become a part of Turkey's leading electric vehicle charging and energy solutions company,Promote projects that contribute to a more sustainable future,Collaborate with innovative, dynamic, and passionate teams.As a candidate, all communication between you and our company is protected according to GDPR.
