You’ll get to:Collaboration with Business Partners:Engage with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify technology-driven solutions.Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing insights on emerging technologies and their potential impact.Strategic Planning & Program management Develop and execute IT strategies tailored to the needs of manufacturing plants in the EMEA region.Plan and oversee system upgrades, process improvements, and technology roadmaps to support long-term business objectives.Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements within manufacturing IT systems.Develop a detailed roadmap for the SAP/system rollout/upgrades, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Encourage collaboration and innovation within the team to address complex challenges.Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.Vendor Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT services.Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to meet organizational standards.Compliance and Security:Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.Implement measures to safeguard sensitive manufacturing data and systems.Develop strategies to identify tech debt & potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred15+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing - with at least 7-10 years in a leadership role.Experience in, leading major SAP/ERP programs & initiativesStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including MES & shopfloor technologies.Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.The Details:You’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan.And More:We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
