My responsibilities:providing 2nd level support regarding Microsoft 365 solutions for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)analysis, classification and solving system failureshandling incidents, requests and changestaking part in certificate managementimproving processes (documentation, automation)cooperate with national and international IT departmentsThe knowledge I own:strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantagestrong knowledge about e-mail and messaging (Exchange Online hybrid) and Microsoft 365-technologies, especially O365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), Microsoft OneDrive for Businessstrong knowledge about M365 tenant administrationsolid knowledge about Azure Active Directory / Intune / Endpoint Managementsolid knowledge about telephony basics (SIP, ITSP-management)preferable: knowledge of Azure Function Apps / Logic Appsknowledge in Microsoft PowerShellcompleted or ongoing education in the field of ITwell-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitudecan work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidaysThe offer that would convince me:possibility to improve yourself in a constantly growing organizationan above-average salaryintensive individual and practical trainingvaried and interesting taskspleasant working environmentspossibility to work from homea secure, long-term employment opportunity
