Senior IT Service Management Specialist (f/m/d)

The Service Management Specialist ensures the smooth operation, coordination, and continuous improvement of IT service processes across the organization. This role supports incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management, with a strong focus on automation, compliance, and operational stability. The specialist acts as a key interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, contributing to service excellence and risk mitigation.Your tasksManage and coordinate IT service delivery processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration ManagementEnsure timely resolution of incidents and problems, minimizing business impact and improving service stabilityMaintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related documentationDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports for service performance, SLAs, and KPIsFacilitate efficient communication between IT teams, business units, and external stakeholders during incidents and changesSupport the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow workflows for ITSM processesEnsure ITSM processes align with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001) and support during auditsSupport onboarding and training of junior team membersSupport Business Continuity ManagementYour profileMinimum of 5 years experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM) areaStrong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Configuration Management) for online business platformsCertified in ITIL (Foundation, Practitioner, Expert, or Managing Professional)Experience with internal and external auditsSkilled in leading workshops and facilitating process improvementsProven experience in process design and implementationProficient in Service Management toolsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsA structured, organized, and reliable approach to workHighly self-motivated, responsible, and resilient under pressureA collaborative team player with a strong learning mindsetOpen-minded and eager to explore new topics and technologiesOur offerWe believe great work happens when people feel supported, inspired, and balanced.
