Senior IT System Administrator

As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of advanced IT systems that support organizational objectives. You will work along offering guidance to a team of engineers in building scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions while ensuring system performance and reliability. A strong understanding of SAP environments and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is important for this role, enabling effective integration of business data and IT infrastructure to drive data-informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:• Identify opportunities for new system development and define objectives aligned with business and technical requirements.•Develop and evaluate system models, selecting the most effective designs for implementation.•Create comprehensive blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans for new or enhanced systems.•Conduct configuration, manufacturing, testing, and validation of system components to ensure high performance.•Ensure all system elements work seamlessly together across IT and business environments.•Diagnose and resolve issues encountered during system design, development, and deployment phases.•Maintain detailed documentation of engineering procedures, configurations, and performance evaluations.•Support and contribute to SAP system-related initiatives, understanding dependencies, integration layers, and performance impacts.•Apply hands-on expertise with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Power BI, SAP BI, Qlik Sense) to support data analysis, visualization, and system reporting needs.•Provide clear technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members.•Lead by example through a hands-on approach to system development, testing, and problem-solving.•Encourage collaboration, innovation, and professional growth within the team.Requirements:•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.•Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system design, development, and integration, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.•Solid understanding of SAP system landscapes (system integration, or related infrastructure).•Proven hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP BI, Tableau, or equivalent).•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Familiarity with project management methodologies What We Offer:•Opportunities to shape the company’s system architecture and data integration landscape.•Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and professional development programs.Involvement in strategic projects using the SAP and BI technologies.
