As part of a remote-first team, you’ll have the opportunity to propose and lead innovative solutions and lead impactful changes that solve both technical and business challenges.Job DescriptionArchitect, develop, ship, monitor, and maintain throughout the whole software development life cycle in our service-oriented platform with currently 300+ restful microservicesUse your experience, hands-on, thinking outside the box, and can-do attitude to solve complex problems Raise the bar and drive technological innovations to keep AUTO1 at the cutting edgeLead by example and mentor those around you to push boundaries and excel Collaborate with various engineering and product teams and stakeholders to ensure our high business standards, and take the chance to get involved with other technologies and other fields of software developmentQualifications5+ years of professional experience in Java programming with Spring-based technologiesGood understanding of JVM and strong experience in building robust and scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL servicesHands-on experience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Terraform, AWS servicesSolid technical background with a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Curiosity and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, frameworks, and paradigms.
