Job Description

You will join the project team of one of Cegeka’s customers from the banking sector. The goal of the team will be to help with the digital transformation of customer’s business processes, bringing a higher value to our client by adding up to the already high quality software delivery.This role is available in Bucharest and Iasi.What you will do:Design and develop new features in line with the functional requirements and architectureFollow team coding standards and best practicesWork with back-end for front-end architectureWork with the latest tools and technologiesYou are a true "software craftsman" who sees software development as a craft.You write high-quality, easily readable code and refactor where necessary. You guarantee quality through test-driven development and continuous learningActively share your knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's operation.What you need to succeed:You are a passionate Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in analysis, design, implementation and delivery of applications in Java technologyGood knowledge of OO design and Design PatternsGood knowledge of Spring (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Spring Cloud Azure, Spring Cloud Kubernetes, Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Cloud Sleuth it is nice to haveGood knowledge of Open API Specifications (Swagger)Working experience with Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Git Ops)Clean code, code refactoring, automated testing (Postman/SOAPUI) it is nice to haveWe can also offer B2B collaborations.What we offer on an employment contract:22 working days as Annual Vacation, 3 sick days that are not carried over the next year (no medical certificate required), plus a seniority day added every 3 years in the company;Floating days (free day for every public holiday that falls in weekend);Medical Insurance at Signal Iduna;13th salary bonus prorated according to the number of worked months in a year;Benefit Online platform access, with a 690 RON monthly allowance from which you can choose to invest in different wellbeing, financial or retail packages;Financial support for the birth of your child or unhappy events;Learning and development opportunities - allocated budget for certifications and/or trainings;Wellbeing initiatives to encourage a healthy work life balance through webinars and specialized sessions as per our colleagues’ interests;#InCloseCooperation – we work hard but we have fun even harder through monthly hangout parties, team buildings, and gamified experiences both online and offline.
