You support operations one of our most important growth channels and take a leading role in our expansion of building a large consumer brand in Asia.Do you enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment, having personal freedom to act, and being part of an ambitious, fun, and energetic team who are running at full speed to create Asia's most loved D2C Smile Cosmetics brand?If the answer is YES, join one of the fastest-growing startups in Asia.We are looking for an ambitious Senior Key Account Executive / Assistant Key Account Manager to:Drive sales growth and account performance across major e-commerce or retail partnersDay-to-day management of key partner accounts — ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and product listingsCoordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver on account needs and timelinesTrack, analyse, and report on sales data, campaign results, and account performance metricsYou're a fit for this role, if you:Have 2-5 years of experience in key account management, sales support, or e-commerceStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok or retail partners such as Guardian, Watsons is a plus
