The Group is established in more than 100 countries and has nearly 40.000 employees worldwide.We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), who will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy defined by the Commercial Director, in order to achieve the objectives of the annual plan approved at Corporate and Regional levels (volumes, categories, new customers) and to reach the profitability targets across all segments of products under his responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Develop sales strategies and set sales targets, preparing action plans and schedules.Manage commercial operations with allocated customers in accordance with annual plan objectives. Represent the company and together with the Commercial Director lead negotiations for commercial contracts with customers and supermarkets. Following regional strategy on diversification, consolidating the must have products and business development. Communications with sales units.Prepare sales forecasts and cost analyses.Participate to and review the financial budgets and forecasts to adapt to commercial operations.Liaise with customer regarding overdue.Address claims and business issues with customers under the supervision of the Commercial Director. Provide swift and appropriate answers to customers and find adequate solutions to problems.Ensure that all relevant quality and issues are swiftly addressed and solutions implemented. Skills required:Operations and commercial background.Minimum 8 years’ experience as Key Account Manager of F&V in Spanish Market.Experience in sales to wholesale and supermarkets.Strong Sales/Market development management experience that will immediately impact the company business and contribute to its continued development.Excellent understanding of all main routes to market, with evidence of developing well‑orchestrated and innovative strategies in partnership with key distributors, retailers, and clients. Able to identify a shared vision and direction to reach the consumer and leverage the brands.Demonstrate strategic thinking and implementation skills, as well as strong business and financial acumen.Fluent in written and spoken English. Strong negotiation skills.Communication and interpersonal skills, able to listen, motivate, influence, and negotiate at all levels. High organizational maturity and effectiveness.Ability to work with people and coordinate in a resourceful and inspiring manner.Stature and credibility, with a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to influence.Flexible and able to operate in different situations. Results‑oriented, with the ability to respond and adapt to demanding and changing business relationships, showing flexibility in finding alternative solutions with a positive approach.A team player with a sense of dynamism and enthusiasm, a passion for excellence, innovation and delivery.
