Senior KOL Growth Marketing - Shopee

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and strategic individual with a background in project management, especially in offline campaigns, to oversee and enhance the KOL sign-up & onboarding process. This position involves working closely with both internal teams and external agencies to maximize acquisition performance, optimize the registration experience for KOLs and improve the efficiency of the process.Key Responsibilities KOL Acquisition Strategy & Funnel Management OwnershipDefine and lead acquisition strategies across online/offline channels.Build acquisition plans with clear KPIs, audience segmentation, and conversion targets.Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points to optimize continuously. Campaign & Initiative OwnershipLead large-scale acquisition initiatives (e.g., mass recruitment campaigns, roadshows, referral drives, gamification programs).Collaborate with product teams to ensure campaign alignment with Shopee’s broader marketing objectives.3 . Process Optimization & Journey DesignPartner with Product and UI/UX to improve the end-to-end sign-up experience.Identify friction points and propose data-backed improvements to drive higher conversion rates. Agency & Partnership ManagementManage agency relationships for offline activation or local KOL sourcing.Ensure deliverables, quality, and timelines are met across all external partners.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or project management (offline initiatives or high-volume recruitment is a plus).Proven ability to lead acquisition-focused campaigns from strategy to execution.Strong analytical and project management skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.Can do attitude & good team playerGood business sense, detail-orientedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
