Senior KYC Operations Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless onboarding while adhering to strict financial regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate KYC completion.Collect, review, and verify client documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.Identify and escalate potential risks related to AML, sanctions, and other compliance concerns.Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve onboarding-related inquiries.Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to global KYC standards.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:5-7 years in financial regulation, client onboarding, KYC, AML, or compliance-related areas.Proven experience adhering to and updating governing procedures in line with global KYC standards.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to learning.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Language RequirementsJapanese: Fluent (required for documentation and compliance).English: Intermediate to Business level (for internal communication and reporting).Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in account opening, financial regulatory processes, and risk assessment.Background in global financial operations and regulatory frameworks.About the CompanyOur client is a top-tier global investment bank, renowned for its commitment to compliance, operational excellence, and client services.
