backend services.Developing modern, responsive frontend applications with React.js and Next.js using TypeScript.Designing and implementing modular packages and reusable components for better code organization and maintainability.Building beautiful, pixel-perfect user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.Working extensively with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis for data storage, caching, and message queuing.Designing, developing, and operating microservices architecture that serves millions of users.Deploying and managing services using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.Leading the design and implementation of critical features and system architecture decisions.Mentoring junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Optimizing application performance, database queries, and system architecture for speed and scalability.Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features end-to-end.Establishing coding standards, best practices, and development workflows to improve team efficiency and code quality.Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions that are both effective and maintainable.Contributing to technical documentation, system design documents, and developer guides.Participating in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural reviews.Ensuring code quality through comprehensive testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.What you bring to the table5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with strong Laravel expertise.Advanced proficiency in Laravel and Node.js for backend API development.Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript for modern frontend development.Expert-level knowledge of Tailwind CSS for building responsive user interfaces.Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database design, optimization, and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ for message queuing and Redis for caching strategies.Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture that scales to millions of users.Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of API design best practices.Solid understanding of multi-tenant SaaS application architecture.Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues efficiently.Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and lead technical initiatives.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Nice to haveExperience with multi-vendor marketplace platforms or eCommerce solutions like WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento.Familiarity with WordPress plugin development or the WordPress ecosystem.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and infrastructure management.Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API development patterns.Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, React Testing Library).Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and observability platforms.Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing/speaking
