(Senior) Lead - Data & Analytics

Setting strategic direction for the team and prioritizing projects based on business objectives.Establishing best practices and standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting.Collaborating with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with business goals.Yêu cầu công việcMinimum Qualifications (education): Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.Experience:At least 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the financial services, banking sector/ fintech product with demonstrated leadership capabilitiesEssential skills:Experience with BI/analytics tools (Google BigQuery, Data Studio..)Proficiency in SQL, Python is a mustDemonstrated experience building and deploying various machine learning modelsAdvanced proficiency in statistical analysis, and data visualization.Solid understanding of fintech operations, products, and regulatory requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional team members and explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholdersProven ability to build and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.Personal characteristics:Do whatever it takes to get the job doneStrong leadership qualities and ability to inspire and motivate team members.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
