In shortAs our business in South Korea grows, we are looking to bring on a Sr. Lead for Marketing to drive our short and long term goals in the market. This role will play an integral part in sharing the story of On by leading a growing, diverse, and energetic Marketing team. In addition, this role will be responsible for evaluating and developing Marketing strategies for the market across all channels (retail, e-commerce, and b2b), while also being hands-on, executing campaigns and activations with the team.Your missionDevelop marketing strategy and implement both global and local marketing campaigns in the South Korea market, aligning with brand and business objectives.Oversee global and local campaigns, future social media operation, public relations initiatives, and retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and support business growthWork closely with the sales team to drive B2B marketing strategies to establish and maintain strong partnerships with account partnersAnalyze market trends and consumer insights to design marketing and promotional activities that engage with key communitiesEnsure On’s brand and story is compelling and consistent across all channels / consumer touch points and aligned with internal Marketing strategiesIdentify opportunities for On to reach new market segments (beyond the running communities) and expand market share Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing effortsLead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaborationMonitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goalsStay abreast of industry trends and innovations to leverage new opportunities and stay competitivePrepare and manage quarterly and annual budgetsYour story7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports or retail industry in South KoreaProven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaignsStrong knowledge of social media, PR, retail marketing, and B2B marketingExceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and developmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven approachExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively both in English and Korean, with additional APAC language skills will be a plusWhat We OfferOn is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
