Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a  Senior/Lead Smart Contract Engineer - this is a fully remote role for candidates based in the US or Europe (if they can overlap at least 6 hours with EST timezone). Salary range: 250-500K USD yearly. We are the largest decentralized perpetual exchange on Arbitrum, processing over $20 billion in cumulative trading volume since launching in October 2024. Our backend systems process thousands of trades daily, integrate multiple oracle networks, and provide institutional-grade reliability for a protocol handling billions in volume.  The Role We're looking for an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. You'll work directly with our founding team (Harvard/Bridgewater/BlackRock backgrounds) to architect and implement critical protocol upgrades, new market mechanisms, and infrastructure that enables the next generation of onchain derivatives. This is not a junior role.
