Draft, review, and finalize legal documents — pleadings, affidavits, notices, and replies. Liaise with police authorities, file complaints/FIRs, and represent the company before courts and tribunals. Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs, and maintain case trackers. Coordinate with external counsel and ensure timely filings and hearings. Support mediation, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Regulatory & Compliance SupportRespond to notices, summons, and inquiries from statutory/regulatory authorities. Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Risk Assessment & MitigationIdentify potential litigation risks and develop preventive strategies. Recommend action plans to mitigate exposure and safeguard company interests. Contract ManagementReview, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to minimize contractual risks and ensure legal soundness. General Legal SupportMonitor legal developments and assess business impact. Provide legal advice to management and operational teams. Maintain organized legal documentation and participate in process improvements.
