Senior Legal Associate

ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to the online business division, including:E-commerce partnerships (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Blibli, etc.)KOL, influencer, and digital marketing collaborationsAgency, vendor, and service agreementsTechnology, platform, and content-related contractsProvide legal advice and solutions to ensure all online marketing and commercial activities are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Procurement) to support campaign execution and business growth.Monitor and manage all contract life cycles — from drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, to archiving.Support compliance matters related to data privacy, digital content, advertising regulations, and consumer protection.Assist in resolving potential legal disputes related to e-commerce or marketing campaigns.Develop and maintain contract templates and standard clauses for online division activities.Conduct periodic legal reviews and risk assessments for online partnerships and digital operations.Prepare legal correspondence, summaries, and reports for management review.Report directly to the Head of Legal and act as the legal focal point for all online business activities.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or S.H.), preferably with a focus in Business Law or Commercial Law.Minimum 4-7 years of working experience in a legal role, preferably within FMCG, beauty, e-commerce, or digital agency industries.Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (KOL, vendor, digital marketing, or e-commerce related).Good understanding of consumer protection law, ITE law, data privacy (UU PDP), and advertising regulations.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented attitude.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.Able to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration across departments.Strong business acumen with a proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment with multiple stakeholders.
