Senior Legal CounselLocation: Graz, AustriaOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team. The organisation designs and delivers cutting-edge technologies and software solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability in global warehousing and logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal support for cross-border projects in the areas of technology and data.Advise on legal aspects of digital products, software, and related risk management.Contribute to the development of AI governance and policy frameworks across technology, cybersecurity, and data domains.Manage data protection and privacy matters, supporting data governance processes.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance.Develop company-wide legal standards, policies, and model templates.Deliver training sessions and provide legal advice to management and business stakeholders.Requirements:Degree in Law or Business Law.Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a technology-focused company or law firm.Expertise in technology and data-related legal topics, such as AI regulation, cybersecurity, data protection, IP, and contract law.Strong IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office.Excellent command of German and English.Willingness to travel occasionally.
