Senior Lighting Designer

Job DescriptionIndependent and experienced lighting designerAble to complete projects independently in all project stages from conceptualization, design through to commissioningAble to lead, guide and inspire the junior designers to completing the tasksCo-ordinate and follow up on projects to ensure they are completed on timeLead in design conceptualization/ planning for lighting design proposals with collaboration with other collaborators such as architects, interior designers, landscape designers, etcPrepare presentation materials, tender drawings, mock-ups, site coordination, meetings.Ensure all project documentation are maintained to a level as required by the Company’s quality standardsConstantly provide high quality service and creative solutions to clients to strengthen client loyalty and gain repeat businessAble to communicate clearly, technically with clients/ contractors and suppliers on the requirements and solutionAble to travel independently for work to serve the projects in the regionJob RequirementMin degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent spatial design disciplineMin 8 years experience in lighting design, in an independant lighting design practice Possess high level of communication skills (verbal & written) and able to interact with people of different backgroundAble to converse and write fluently in English.Ability to think creatively and come up with original ideas for the projectsResourceful and attentive to detailAn excellent team player and leader who is highly motivated and committed, hands-onMust be familiar with Autocad, Indesign & Photoshop, sketchup and microsoft officeKnowledge in Revit/Dialux will be an added advantagePlease send a pdf of your resume, with expected salary and portfolio demonstrating design processes and completed projects, of not more than 10mb to info@lightcollab.comWalk in / courier / hand delivered applications and phone calls will not be entertain.Light Collab LLP is an equal opportunity employment, strictly no agencies.
