Senior, Logistics Capacity Planning GC

Job Responsibility:Inventory deployment: Seasonal demand update collection/review prior inventory deployment execution.Drive seasonal inventory deployment plan preparation for cross function review and alignment. Lead GC seasonal inventory deployment execution to drive right products in right place, ensure marketplace demand fulfillment by considering DC capacity balance. Demand vs Capacity planning: Pre-season: Rolling 12 months demand forecast insights sharing with operation team for GC Tier 1-2-3 DCs, which include but not limit to inbound/outbound/inventory storage trend, collaborate with cross functional team for any capacity risk assessment and mitigation plan preparation. Post-season: Rolling 12 months demand forecast insights sharing with operation team for GC reverse DCs, which include but not limit to inbound/outbound/inventory storage trend, collaborate with cross functional team for any capacity risk assessment and mitigation plan preparation. STO: To support cross DC flow/capacity/inventory healthy optimization by leveraging STO process, drive/involve E2E STO planning and executionAct as the voice of capacity planning to drive within Supply Chain team to secure prior solution with quality and influence capability development continuously.
