Senior Logistics Manager – France

With a track record of bringing disruptive, 5-star rated consumer products to market, our client continues to grow rapidly across multiple categories worldwide.They are now looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to take ownership of warehousing and transportation operations in France. Based predominantly at their warehouse in Nanteuil-le-Haudouin, this is a key leadership role managing 3PL partnerships, logistics execution and P&L, whilst shaping future strategy to deliver outstanding service and support further growth across both B2B and D2C channels.What you’ll be doing as Senior Logistics Manager - Lead and manage all warehousing and transport operations in FranceBuild strong relationships with 3PLs and carriers, driving performance and continuous improvementDevelop capacity models and shipping strategies aligned to commercial plansOwn France logistics spend, processes and KPIs, ensuring cost and service optimisationRun quarterly business reviews with providers, setting and delivering on key performance metricsCollaborate with global teams on wider logistics initiatives and share best practiceWhat we’re looking for:7+ years’ experience in retail distribution or fast-paced logistics environmentsProven leadership in multi-site logistics and 3PL managementStrong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and aligning strategy with business goalsExpertise in KPI management, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.)Knowledge of compliance requirements (food-grade, hazardous goods, transport regs)Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering (Master’s preferred)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is continuing to scale quickly, where you’ll have the scope to make a real impact on logistics strategy and execution in France.
