Job DescriptionDesign and execute the overarching Logistics strategy for the e-commerce platform by conducting thorough market landscape analysis of key logistics providers and relevant value-added services.Lead comprehensive performance analysis of existing shipping channels and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to identify critical improvement areas.Define and implement strategies to optimize service quality for both buyers and sellers while managing and reducing operational costs to achieve an optimal cost structure.Partner cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to champion, design, and implement strategic logistics initiatives and new service offerings.Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to deployment, including the development of detailed proposals and business cases, securing executive management approval, and ensuring optimal implementation that delivers measurable, aligned outcomes for enhanced buyer/seller experience and operational efficiency.Manage and successfully complete ad-hoc strategic projects and tasks as directed by the team lead.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas such as Project Management Office (PMO), Corporate Strategy, Growth initiatives, Operational Excellence, or a related Management Trainee program.Exceptional data analytical capabilities, including the proficiency to process and structure large datasets to conduct in-depth analysis and generate meaningful, actionable insights.Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to systematically structure, diagnose, and resolve complex issues. Design comprehensive solutions that are rigorously supported by data and cross-functional factor analysis.Proven execution excellence; capable of accurately implementing solutions, coordinating efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met on-time and to the highest quality standards.Demonstrated high level of ownership and accountability for the end-to-end management and results of assigned scope of work.Confident in navigating and resolving highly ambiguous and complex Logistics challenges.Possess a 'can-do' growth mindset, proactively seeking out and driving continuous improvement and progress across all operational areas.Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.Advanced proficiency in standard office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
