This role involves mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions. If you are passionate about solving complex technical problems and want to take your Magento expertise to the next level, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of Magento 2 projects.Build custom themes, modules, and system integrations.Collaborate with design and frontend teams to ensure a seamless user experience.Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability.Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.Integrate with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, shipping APIs, etc.).Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship.Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality.Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the Magento ecosystem.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or related subject preferred).Skills Required: HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, ReactJS, Test Driven Development (TDD), Zend Framework.Experience RequirementsMinimum 5 years of total professional experience.At least 3 years of experience in Magento 2 development.Strong background in PHP and MySQL.Experience with modern HTML/CSS and JavaScript (React/jQuery).Experience with Zend Framework 2 and unit testing (TDD).Strong understanding of Magento architecture and coding standards.Proficient in custom module development and theme customization.Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).Fluency in spoken and written English.Additional RequirementsExperience working with Hyvä theme is a plus.Python programming experience preferred.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.Hands-on experience with Git, Composer, and deployment pipelines.Ability to troubleshoot and debug independently.Magento Certification will be considered an added advantage.Compensation and BenefitsSalary: NegotiableOffice Time: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PMWeekly Holidays: 2 daysMobile Bill AllowanceProvident FundFestival Bonuses: 2 per yearLunch Facilities: Fully subsidizedYearly Salary ReviewAnnual Leave EncashmentPaternity and Maternity LeaveHealth Insurance for FamilyUnlimited Tea, Coffee & SnacksKnowledge Sharing SessionsVibrant Team EnvironmentPlay Facilities (Table Tennis)Annual Pleasure TourExcellent Work Culture and Environment
