Senior Maintenance Engineer

You are about to apply for a certified Top Employer 2025 Raya Smart Building, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is hiring for the maintenance team a Senior Mechanical Engineer.Raya Smart Buildings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, pumps, and general mechanical maintenance within a facility management setting.Key Responsibilities:Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of centralized and decentralized HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ductwork.Supervise plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.Monitor and maintain various pump systems: booster pumps, fire pumps, circulation pumps, submersible pumps, and dewatering systems.Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans.Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with contractors for repair and upgrade work.Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety standards and building codes.Prepare maintenance reports and assist in budget planning and cost control.Act as first responder to mechanical emergencies, ensuring quick resolution with minimal disruption.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management—mechanical/HVAC focus.Strong knowledge of HVAC operations, BMS systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and pumps.Basic understanding of electrical systems, elevators, and escalators.Familiar with safety compliance and asset management practices.
