Ability to see the big picture whilst having a critical eye on the details, and being able to connect the dots. Excellent command of English (written and oral) skills; ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage Good tertiary and / or professional qualifications. Ability to navigate complex discussions and mediate conflicts.Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder interests.
