Key ResponsibilitiesHandle large datasets, using tools like SQL, PowerBI, TableauSummarize the data and analyze results - formulate, review, and present conclusions, recommended action plans.Help shape and priorities the requirements backlog based on strategic initiatives.Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersHelp data backed decisionDesired Candidate Profile & Education QualificationBachelor’s degree in computer science / data science / business Analytics / or other analytically focused programs preferred: Industry Preference: Consulting / Airlines / E- Commerce Years of Experience: 8 +Years Expert in Business Communication, Analytics, Problem-solving, Good Personnel management and strategic thinking. Demonstrated experience working with PowerBI, Power Query, R/Python, Tableau, MS Office, MS Powerpoint Proven ability to independently perform quantitative analysis & hypothesis testing. Effective communication skills for conveying insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated track record of effectively managing high-visibility analytics projects. Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling is a plus. Transition regular and operational reporting into self-service solutions and promote the on-going usage. Translate business issues in hypotheses, identify the most appropriate analysis techniques, set up experiments to test hypotheses empirically, and translate findings in actionable insights. Use a range of mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge techniques to shape the analytics, recommending and delivering the best approach to solve the business problem. Apply ‘storytelling’ techniques and approaches to tailor and communicate operational and strategic insights to stakeholders. Simplify the message or narrative into easy to comprehend data views and commentary.
