Senior Manager - HR Operations & AdminDubai, UAEAED 25,000+family benefitsThe jobholder will oversee all HR operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience. The role manages the entire employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, compliance, and policy governance to support organizational goals.HR Operations & AdministrationManage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR data management.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.Partner with Administration and IT for office operations and resource planning.Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date SOPs aligned with quality standards.Employee Relations & Performance ManagementLead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.Manage performance management systems, ensuring timely reviews and goal alignment.Advise managers on employee relations and handle sensitive matters discreetly.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all employee matters.Governance, Reporting & ComplianceEnsure HR policies comply with legal and organizational standards.Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decisions.Manage HR audits, data integrity, and risk assessments.Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.Organizational Development & LeadershipRecommend improvements in organizational design and staffing efficiency.Enhance HR processes through automation and technology.Administer compensation, benefits, and engagement programs.Represent HR in cross-functional initiatives and lead continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to operations and administration.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and modern HR practices.Proven leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
