Job Description12�14 years of experience in a BPO or shipping/logistics environment.Hands-on expertise in Planning, Order Management, Logistics, and Vessel Operations.Oversee and provide subject matter expertise in vessel operations, including port call activities, demurrage/dispatch claims, laytime calculations, and coordination with terminals, vessel agents, and cargo flow teams.Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).Skilled in documenting, analyzing, and redesigning processes. Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
